Adopted from Hong Kong, Maddy Ullman is a disability in film consultant/advocate, and storyteller based in Dallas, Texas. Passionate about disability representation in media, Maddy recently contributed to the film WISH, featuring the first visibly disabled Asian-American character. With experience working with major studios like Netflix, Warner Brothers, and Disney, Maddy brings a unique perspective to the industry, shaped by her experiences living with cerebral palsy and diabetes. She is dedicated to advancing authentic disability representation across film and media.
